Generating an article
Go to Content → Generate and fill in:

| Website | Which of your sites the article is for. Its brand voice is applied automatically. |
| Target keyword | The main query the article should rank for. |
| Secondary keywords | Up to 10 related terms to work in. |
| Tone / Intent | Optional overrides for this article. |
Generating an article uses credits (see Plans & Credits), and each plan has a limit on articles per site per day. You can watch progress live. Most articles are ready in a few minutes.
Each article is scored before you see it. If it fails the quality checks (word count, SEO score, GEO score, answer-engine score), it’s held back as blocked rather than sent for review.
Article statuses
| Status | Meaning |

| Generating | SEObox is writing the article. |
| Review | Ready for you to read. |
| Approved | You approved it; it’s ready to publish. |
| Rejected | You rejected it. |
| Scheduled | Planned in the Content Calendar. |
| Published | Live on your site. |
| Failed | Generation failed — the error is shown on the article. |
Review, approve, publish
Open an article from Content to read the full draft, its SEO score, and its FAQ section.
- Click Approve (or Reject).
- Click Publish to send it to the site’s publishing connection.
Publishing needs a connected site and an SEO score at or above the site’s minimum (80 by default). If publishing fails, the article returns to Approved with the error attached, so you can fix the connection and try again.
Brand voice
On Sites → your site → Brand Voice, set the tone, target audience, style notes, and banned words. These apply to every future article for that site.
